Passenger Counts Data - Top ten overcrowded services
Dear Department for Transport,
I was particularly interested to read the press release with regards to the top 10 most overcrowded services in England and Wales. I have also read the attached notes and I have the following questions.
I would like a list of the dates and times when passenger counts took place on the top ten services. I would like to see the quantities measured.
Why it takes so long for the Department for Transport to publish these figures.
I want to know why South West Trains gets a lower value for standing space (with just 0.25m per standing passenger) compared to 0.45m for most other operators and their stock.
Yours faithfully,
P Dixin
