Party wall agreements disputed

The request was partially successful.

Dear Homes for Haringey,

I would like to know:

1) Since the start of 2005, how many party wall agreement requests were made by private owners, where the counter party was a Homes for Haringey home? (i.e a private owner was doing some construction and notified Homes for Haringey under the party wall agreement act);
2) Since the start of 2005, how many of the above agreement requests resulted in a dispute and the request being forwarded to a Homes for Haringey surveyor; and finally
3) What is your process for determining whether a party wall request is disputed and sent to a surveyor for further action?

Yours faithfully,

Bradley Wright
