Parliamentary Interest in LGBT+ policy and Stonewall
Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
Under the Freedom of Information Act, please could you provide me with:
1) Any correspondence from any ministerial department, Non-ministerial department, public body or Member of Parliament or Member of the House of Lords on the matter of :
a) The Department for Work and Pensions' relationship with Stonewall and/or Mermaids since 2018.
b) Any Department for Work and Pensions policy regarding LGBT+ employees since 2018.
2) Any communications or correspondence either written by or given to the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, the Permanent Secretary of the Department for Work and Pensions or any other minister at the Department for Work and Pensions regarding
a) The Department for Work and Pensions' relationship with Stonewall since 2017
b) The Department for Work and Pensions' statements, public announcements or press statements regarding LGBT+ policy and/or internal Department for Work and Pensions policies towards LGBT+ staff since 2015.
3) If any communications between the Department for Work and Pensions and the Equality and Human Rights Commission on LGBT+ issues since 24 July 2019 have occurred, and if so, to provide them.
For Part 3 of my request, please limit to all correspondence from the EHRC to the DWP but limit responses to the EHRC as those signed by a minister or Secretary of State for Work and Pensions
