Parkside

St Helens Metropolitan Borough Council did not have the information requested.

Dear St Helens Metropolitan Borough Council,
I have read that St. Helens Council has not only gone into partnership but paid millions for Parkside with the hope of regenerating it.
I would like to know
1) How was the price St. Helens council paid for Parkside calculated?
2) Who was involved in the negotiations that led to the price being decided.
3) Which committee did it go to to authorise it and the link to the committee report.
4) What income does the money that Langtree was loaned to become a partner generate?
5) What money has Langtree paid towards the loan to date?
6) A copy of the business plan that this venture was based upon prior to investment.
7)A name/ or names of any outside consultants and their charges to date.
8) A copy of consultants communication and a copy of the report if there is in fact a report.
9) If outside consultants have been employed how much has Langtree been charged in conjunction with St.Helens council for the work they have done.

Thank you

Yours faithfully,

janet Barton
