Would you be able to clarify, and confirm, that Regents Road L20 1DE does
not fall under Liverpool City Council auspices for parking enforcement or
any highways management.

I can confirm that Regent Road from Raleigh Street northwards is under the
auspices and responsibility of Sefton Council and from Dacre Street
southbound it is under the auspices and responsibility of  Liverpool City
Council
