Thank you for your recent request for information relating to Parking
Tickets - Marlborough Road which we received on 09/04/18 and you clarified
on 13/04/18.
 
Please find below, Sheffield City Council’s response to your request:
 
 
The following figures are for a 5 year period (April 2013 to March 2018
inclusive) and relate to all contravention code 16 Penalty Charge Notices
(issued to vehicles in permit holder bays without a valid permit) on the
whole street.
 

* 1006 PCNs were issued on Marlborough Road for contravention code 16
* 436 incoming disputes have been received (note: this may include
multiple incoming disputes for the same PCN, for example if an
informal challenge was made, then a formal representation was sent at
a later stage in the appeal process).
* 50 of these PCNs were cancelled.
