Please can you confirm the number of PCN's issued to lorries/haulage carriers in the period 0001hrs 12th Dec - 2359hrs 19th Dec 2020.

Furthermore please can you share data for PCN's issued for the same period by your Authority in the year 2019, not specifically relating to the M20 area of Kent, nor specifically lorries/haulage carriers, but a total number of PCN's issued
