Dear Ellen Louise,

 

I refer to your recent request for information under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000.  I can confirm that the Council does hold this
information, as detailed below.

 

1. What software do you use for Parking Enforcement (PCN issue and
processing) and when does the current contract end? – Imperial Parking
Gateway – 31/07/2019.

2. What system do you use for cashless (pay by phone) parking and when
does the current contract end? – Bemrose Booth Phone and Pay – 24/11/2018

3. What software do you use for Fixed Penalty Notice enforcement ( FPN
issue and processing) and when does the current contract end? – The
Council has no formal software system in place at this time.  Fixed
Penalty Notices are monitored and managed manually.

4. What software do you use to issue parking permits and season tickets
and when does the current contract end? – Ms Dynamics – No specific end
date.

 

I hope this is satisfactory.  If, however, you are dissatisfied with our
response to your request for information, you can ask for the decision to
be reviewed in reply to this letter, however any request for review must
be submitted within 40 days of the date of this freedom of information
response.  The review will be removed from the Directorate and coordinated
by the Council’s Information Governance Officer.   A request for review

You are of course entitled to apply to the Information Commissioner at any
