I refer to your request for information dated 03 August 2018
The information you requested was:-
1. What software do you use for Parking Enforcement (PCN issue and
processing) and when does the current contract end?

3. What software do you use for Fixed Penalty Notice enforcement (FPN
issue and processing) and when does the current contract end?
4. What software do you use to issue parking permits and season tickets
and when does the current contract end?
Response
In relation to the above, I am advised of the following;
1. Perth and Kinross Council use the Imperial Civil Enforcement
Solutions 3Sixty back-office software. Current contract due to end in
2022.
2. Perth and Kinross Council use ‘RingGo’. Current Contract due to end
in February 2019.
3. Perth and Kinross Council do not use specific software but Fixed
Penalty Notices are recorded on an Excel Spreadsheet. As we do not sure
specific software, we do not hold a contract. In terms of section 17(1)(b)
of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, this is formal notice
that this information is not recorded.
4. Perth and Kinross Council use the Imperial Civil Enforcement
Solutions 3Sixty back-office software. Current contract due to end in
2022.
You have a right to request a review of the Council’s decision. Click
