Thank you for your information request, reference number FOI
NELC/10324/1819. I wish to confirm that North East Lincolnshire Council
holds the following information.
1. What software do you use for Parking Enforcement (PCN issue and
processing) and when does the current contract end?
Imperial’s 3sixty (Processing) and Rialto (Issuing) software. This is a
rolling contract.
2. What system do you use for cashless (pay by phone) parking and when
does the current contract end?
We do not have a pay by phone provider.
3. What software do you use for Fixed Penalty Notice enforcement ( FPN
issue and processing) and when does the current contract end?
Parking Services do not issue Fixed Penalty Notices.
4. What software do you use to issue parking permits and season tickets
and when does the current contract end?
We do not currently use any software for this function. This is a manual
process.
