Thank you for your request for information of the 11th of September 2018
which has been logged as 4804852 and has been dealt with under the Freedom
of Information Act 2000. We confirm that Cheshire West and Chester Council
holds information relating to your request.
For the purpose of clarity your request has been reproduced below with
responses:
1. What software do you use for Parking Enforcement (PCN issue and
processing) and when does the current contract end?
System used ICPS
Expiry date 31/03/2019
2. What system do you use for cashless (pay by phone) parking and
when does the current contract end?
N/A, we don’t have a cashless system in place
3. What software do you use for Fixed Penalty Notice enforcement (
FPN issue and processing) and when does the current contract end?
Using a combination of Microsoft Office packages which have been set up in
house to suit our needs.
Because of this there is no contract in place.
4. What software do you use to issue parking permits and season tickets
and when does the current contract end?
System used ICPS
