1. What software do you use for Parking Enforcement (PCN issue and processing) and when does the current contract end?
2. What system do you use for cashless (pay by phone) parking and when does the current contract end?
3. What software do you use for Fixed Penalty Notice enforcement ( FPN issue and processing) and when does the current contract end?
4. What software do you use to issue parking permits and season tickets and when does the current contract end?

Many thanks for your Freedom of Information request.

Morecambe Town Council is a Parish Council, currently with one member of staff and we do not own or manage any Car Parks and consequently we are not involved in any parking enforcement issues etc..

As the FOIA covers requests for recorded information held by public authorities, such as copies of documents, figures, etc. and as the Town Council does not manage or hold any of the information requested in your 4 questions in recorded form, it is unclear how the Council could answer these questions within the scope of the Act.

I would respectfully suggest you direct your enquiry to Lancaster City Council who own several car parks in the area and also manage residents parking schemes and season ticket permits for parking:
