Andover Town Council does not run or manage any parking systems in Andover. Test Valley Borough Council is responsible for most of the car parks and parking restricted areas in Andover. There are 2 privately managed car parks in the Town Centre, one managed by the Chantry Centre and one by Lidl Supermarket.
