as a matter of record you have stated "Prior to 7th November 2011 all our signs were independently checked to confirm that they are consistent with each other and are in a good state of repair."
l therefore request who specifically carried out this checking re Withernsea?
Was this checking done physically by visiting all streets or was it done by some other means, lf so, what means?
l request who specifically checked High Brighton Street, Withernsea and was this done by physically visiting High Brighton Street, Withernsea? lf not, what means were used?

When was this diagram produced and made?
Who specifically produced this diagram and from what data re dimensions of double yellow lines was used?
