*The Richmond Permits pricing scheme does not differentiate between low and zero emission
vehicles, as any vehicle first registered on or after 1 March 2001 with engine CO2 emissions
of 100g/Km or less (Band A) is eligible for a free resident parking permit.

Although the engine CO2 emissions are recorded within the system, this is normally only
recorded against the first permit issued to the vehicle (which may be outside of the
requested date range) and is stored as either data or a scanned document. As a manual
process would be required to determine wholly zero-emission vehicles then this information
cannot be provided.
