Dear Southend on Sea Borough Council,
I have previously requested twice without success.
I live in Heygate Avenue and have been struggling for parking as the council has been issuing daily permits beyond the terms and conditions (allocated numbers per quarter per resident exceeded).
I would like to know how many yearly permits have been issued for Heygate and York Road and how many daily permits have been issued for these two streets.
Customer Notice: Please do not e-mail Freedom of Information requests for
Southend Borough Council to individual officers. Please instead direct
them to [email address] where our central team will
direct their registration and completion.
