Parking Permit Schemes - Derogation of Rules.

The request was successful.

Dear Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead,

In 2019 Residents of York Avenue approached RBWM Council to join the neighbouring Springfield Road (SF) parking zone.

Were York Avenue residents offered any derogation of any of the rules which apply to the rest of the Springfield Road Parking Zone? Please provide details if this was the case.

Did the application include a request for derogation of any of the rules for York Avenue which apply to the rest of the Springfield Road Parking Zone? Please provide details if this was the case.

Do the Residents of York Avenue enjoy any derogation of the rules applicable to the rest of the Springfield Road Parking Zone? Please provide details if this is the case.

Are the Parking Permit Zone rules that apply to the Springfield Road Parking Zone the same as other parking zones within the borough, excluding resident managed Schemes, ie is there one standard policy across the Borough?

Please list the Resident Managed Parking Schemes in operation in the Borough.

FYI I noticed that York Avenue is not listed on the RBWM website where residents apply for permits, please pass this onto colleagues to update this section.

York Avenue is part of the Springfield Road Scheme and the rules are the
same.

Did the application include a request for derogation of any of the rules
for York Avenue which apply to the rest of the Springfield Road Parking
Zone? Please provide details if this was the case. We are unaware of any
derogation of the rules.

Do the Residents of York Avenue enjoy any derogation of the rules

As above

Are the Parking Permit Zone rules that apply to the Springfield Road
Parking Zone the same as other parking zones within the borough, excluding
resident managed Schemes, ie is there one standard policy across the
Borough?

No, most schemes are slightly different for example the 3^rd permit does
not apply to the main Windsor zone.

Please list the Resident Managed Parking Schemes in operation in the
Borough.

Resident managed parking schemes ended on the 31^st March 2021

FYI I noticed that York Avenue is not listed on the RBWM website where
residents apply for permits, please pass this onto colleagues to update
this section.

This was passed to the Parking team who will get it checked.
