Dear Westminster City Council,
I have been following the Brexit debate closely and would like to know the following information-
Steve Bray the "Stop Brexit man" is often seen entering his car which he seems to park with impunity at the house of Parliament. Could you please tell me who arranged for him to be able to park in such a high risk security area on a daily basis for the last 3 years?

What payments have been received for this privilege and who actually pays these parking fees?

Yours faithfully,

Roger Phillips
