Dear Leicestershire County Council,

I make this request as I understand enforcement is made on your authority's behalf

Please supply the following (or if already published please direct me to appropriate source) for the years 2013/14 and 2014/15 (to date) :

1. The number of Penalty Charge Notices issued in the area covered by the Leicestershire County Council (CHAMPIONSHIP WAY AND COUNTY HALL ACCESS ROADS, GLENFIELD (AREA 5), DISTRICT OF BLABY) Traffic Order (effectively the County Council site in Glenfield).

2. The number of these Penalty Charge Notices (see 1. above) which have been withdrawn on appeal.

3. The number of County Council staff challenges i.e. those supported by a Head of Service at Leicestershire County Council made on receipt of Penalty Charge Notices in the area outlined in 1. above

4. Of the total in 3. above the number which were successful

5. Whether Blaby District Council's own Civil Enforcement Officers are responsible for issuing Penalty Charge Notices in the area described in 1. above

6. If Blaby District Council's own Civil Enforcement Officers are not responsible for issuing Penalty Charge Notices in the area described in 1. above then whose CEOs operate on that site
