Parking limit at Home Bargains, Cleckheaton

The request was successful.

Dear Kirklees Borough Council,

I have looked at the planning application for Netto (now Home Bargains) on Horncastle Street in Cleckheaton (2015/44/92860/E).

The parking management plan states the maximum free parking period was 2 hours. The signs in the car park now say 1 hour 30 minutes is the maximum free parking period.

When was the request to change the maximum stay made ? Can you please send me copies of all correspondence pertaining to the request and responses to it. Who made the request? When the request was granted?

Yours faithfully,

Darran Slator
