Parking issues on Council Estates
Dear Brent Borough Council,
Please would you confirm how may incidents you have recorded in your systems for the following.
1. How many incidents occurred during the financial years 2021/22 and 2022/23 respectively where refuse collection was prevented on the due day by improperly parked vehicles on private Council estate roads on Brent Council estates. If possible please break down the data to show the dates and locations of such incidents.
2. How many incidents occurred during the financial years 2021/22 and 2022/23 where response to emergency calls by Fire appliances and Ambulances to Council owned homes was significantly impeded by improperly parked vehicles on private Council Estate roads on Brent Council estates. If possible please break down the dates and locations of such incidents.
3. If you do not hold the exact figures requested please provide any closely related data you hold for instance in your general complaints and enquiry systems quantifiying issues with access to estates for refuse and emergency services due to poor parking during the financial years 20221/22 and 2022/23.
Please indicate the sources of data in your response and any detailed procedures used for counting such incidents and gathering any data you hold.
