Dear Poole Borough Council, Reference 1258692

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Poole Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'parking fines issued for Old Orchard BH15 1SD'.

I have received an answer to my request regarding Parking Fines issued in Old Orchard, (opposite Pavers, The Quay, Poole) but the particular section of road in question is, "due to data protection", not available for me to check. I fail to see the difference in this section of road to the the others shown in the list offered. I wish to know how many people (vehicles) have, and are being fined at this particular spot, in order to gather information to present at Court. If it is a regular occurrence, then I believe the signing and marking to be misleading or deficient.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: thhttps://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/p...

Yours faithfully,

Mr Michael Cook

Dear Mr Cook

I am sorry we misunderstood your request and responded with residents information for the post code given as we are unable to search where a PCN is issued by postcode.

The closest we can give is a list of all PCNs issued in Old Orchard as attached.
