The council does not have a formal policy on ‘parking tickets on travellers and or Gypsies’ Parking tickets are issued to any vehicle parked in contravention of a Traffic Regulation Order. Usually no one is present when the vehicle is issued with a Penalty Charge Notice so only vehicle registration details are recorded. As such the Civil Enforcement Officer will have no way of knowing whether the vehicle belongs to a resident or traveller.
2. Details of all tickets given to travellers and or Gypsies including cars caravans etc and mobile homes within 1000ft of the King Alfred sports centre in the past 2 years. Also Any other sites they have parked in without permission.

3. The amount of parking tickets issued before during and after traveller stays in the car park and surrounding area by the King Alfred Sports Centre Hove.

Please submit a subject access request with details of your vehicle registration. Information about paid cases is only held by the council for a short period of time after it has been closed after which it will have been deleted from our systems.
5. Is it ok for me to park on the lawns in Hove as travellers seem to be able to. If not why are they?
