Following this up, please would you provide copies of the relevant contracts between BHCC and the parking management company (Ethical Parking Management /One Parking Solution) to cover the period 1st January 2014 to 1st January 2020, including any renewals or deeds of variation.
I appreciate that personal or commercially sensitive information may have to be redacted.

When we will deal with your email

published on the Council’s [3]Disclosure Log.
When you can expect to receive a response to your FOI request
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 the Council has a legal
obligation to respond to your request no later than 20 working days
following the date of receipt. Wherever possible, a response to your FOI
request will be sent to you before the legal deadline of 20 working days.
