Dear FOI (DERBY HOSPITALS NHS FOUNDATION TRUST),

With regard to questions 5 and 6, please can you provide the timeframe that applies to these questions?

The current financial year + 3 years previously

Additionally, at question 6, please can you provide further explanation as to the types of cost that your request refers?

The costs that the Hospital/Parking Operator can justify the charge that they pass onto motorists as a "fine"/"parking charge notice" for example printing of the notice and DVLA enquiries, and photo processing etc but NOT items like employing staff to enforce/administer the way the charge progresses, professional memberships of the operator/BPA membership/AOS membership, software licensing, ANPR installationor uniforms, or items that would be used if no parking enforcement was carried out at all.

Yours sincerely,

tom brant

Dear Derby Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Derby Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust's handling of my FOI request 'Parking Enforcement Contract'.

I feel that the Section 43 exemptions given in your response are wrong as there is no impact on commercial processes that the trust carries out. Therefore I request the Trust review their decision in line with guidance from the Information Commissioner.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/p...
