Parking Charges Cabinet Report - 14/11/2023

Jack Mills made this Freedom of Information request to Kirklees Borough Council Automatic anti-spam measures are in place for this older request. Please let us know if a further response is expected or if you are having trouble responding.

The request was partially successful.

Dear Kirklees Borough Council,

Please provide emails relating to the compiling, and presentation of item 8 - revision of parking charges / tariffs on Tuesday 14th November 2023’s cabinet meeting. (https://democracy.kirklees.gov.uk/mgIssu...)

Specifically this information will be held by Sarah Durdin (Sarah.Durdin@kirklees), Graham West (Graham.West@kirklees), David Shepherd (David.Shepherd@Kirklees) and Cllr Yusra Husain (Yusra.Hussain@kirklees) along with any assistants/secretariats under the directions of the above.

For the avoidance of doubt, I do not seek communications with members of the public opposed to / supporting the report solely the writing, amending and presentation of the report.

I do not believe this request to be a request for personal data given the above individuals are attributed to the item on public record. I trust KMC will follow the ICOs guidance - Requests for personal data about public authority employees - should this be a concern.

Should this request be too large on the whole please focus on those held by Sarah Durkin and Cllr Yusra Hussain.

Yours faithfully,

Jack Mills
