position to respond on behalf of Broadland District Council.

My response is Broadland District Council does not issue PCNs for parking
offences on its Council owned carparks.

Norfolk County Council administers on street parking offences and it is
managed by the Norfolk Parking Partnership (NPP) you may forward your
