Thank you for your recent request for information which I have enclosed
below for ease of reference. Your request has been treated in accordance
with the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and/or the Environmental
Information Regulations 2004.

Your Request :  REQ12927

I can confirm that we hold information that falls within the scope of your
request. The answers to your request are in the RED text below.

The number of parking charge notices (PCNs) issued by your authority over
the last two years. Specifically, I am requesting the following
information:

1 - The total number of penalty charge notices (PCNs)issued. See below

2 - The total revenue generated from these PCNs. See below

3 - A breakdown of the locations where each fine was issued.

For clarity, I would appreciate it if the breakdown could include:

The street name or specific location.

The number of PCNs issued at each location.

The revenue generated from each location.

Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act states that a public
authority is not obliged to comply with a request for information if the
authority estimates that the cost of complying with the request would
exceed the appropriate limit of either 18 hours and/or £450. To enable us
to identify the information you requested we would need to open every case
for each year to determine the location, calculate the amount paid then
further calculate revenue after deductions.
