3. The location i.e. street or car park where Parking Charge Notices have been issued the most by Fife Council over the last 3 months (July2017 - September 2017)

Please note that Fife Council Parking Attendants do not issue "Parking
Charge Notices" as these are issued by private companies usually on
private ground.  The above response refers to Penalty Charge Notices.  If
you are looking for figures of Parking Charge Notices issued in Fife you
would have to contact the individual companies that carry out their own
enforcement and not Fife Council.
