received on 9 October 2017.

information is required to respond to your request appropriately.  Mr
Pratt will also contact you if he feels your request may fall under a
requirement for a fee to be levied regarding the request for information;
 this fee will need to be paid prior to the request for information being
answered.

of Parking Charge Notices.  This was received on 09/10/17. 

 

I  can confirm that Wycombe District Council does hold information falling
within the description specified in your request.  Please note that
penalties issued by Wycombe District Council are Penalty Charge Notices,
and that we are responsible for the enforcement of our car parks only. 
On-street enforcement comes under the authority of Buckinghamshire County
Council.

As at 13/10/17 approximately £55,000 has been received so far for the
cases issued in this period.  Please note that 420 cases remain live.

 

3)    The location ie street or car park where Parking Charge Notices have
been issued the most by Wycombe District Council over the last three
months (July 2017 - September 2017)
