Dear Department for Transport,

I would like to know whether you have authorised any form of
Suspended Parking Bay signage for use by Barking and Dagenham council for the parking bays opposite the construction site on ABBEY ROAD from 15th November 2013? If you have done so, I would like to know what form such signage must take and from what date to what date it is valid to please?
