The number of challenges /appeals received for the 80 Penalty Charge
Notices issued on Jericho Road between 01/11/2019 – 01/01/2020 – 24
appeals

 

The number of successful challenges – 12

 

The number of formal appeals received – 7

 

The number of successful formal appeals – 0 (please note, some cases are
still outstanding awaiting a decision)
