Dear Liverpool City Council,

For the month of September 2018, i require the following information relating to penalty notices given to vehicles for parking infringements

1 - Number issues per location (car park or on street area)
2 - number issued per officer, identified by individual officer identification number (NOT NAME)
3 - number of (as identified in 2), paid within 14 days, paid within 1 month, paid after one month and outstanding. THe split should be the same as for 2
4 - profit made from parking enforcement fines, in totality, per month across the authority area
5 - minimum age, greatest age and average age of enforcement officers dealing with parking matters
6 - how many parking enforcement appeals received per month of 2018
7 - outcomes of those identified in 6
8 - costs incured by the authoriy for legal services defending the actions of parking enforcement officers
9 - parking fees paid for mayor Anderson per month, split inside and outside the authority area
10 - a split of the reasons parking fines have been issued through 2018 by month
