Park Modern development viability assessment
Dear Greater London Authority,
Please supply me with all viability assessments, appraisals and reports produced by the Applicant and Westminster Council, or any of their respective agents, in support or consideration of the planning permission for the Park Modern development, 117-125 Bayswater Rd, 2-6 Queensway, Consort House and 7 Fosbury Mews (Westminster Council ref 15/10671/FULL: GLA ref D&P/3607/01. I am making this request under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004.
For your information I will be making the same request to Westminster Council.

Thank you for your request for information which the GLA received on 14
August.
The Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (Regulation 7(1)(3)) allows
public authorities to extend the period for responding to requests under
the Act if the information requested is complex in nature. I am writing to
inform you that it will be necessary to extend the time limit to respond
to your request beyond 20 working days in this case. We expect to have
made a decision on this matter by 10 October, though if we are able to
make a decision before then, we will contact you sooner.
