Park Home Sites

The request was partially successful.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am looking to understand the scale of the residential park home industry, and would appreciate assistance with my query.

Under the Freedom of Information Act (2000), please provide me with the following information:
1. A list of the total number of residential park home sites located in your area of authority, including their registered postal addresses
2. The total number of properties and residents currently living on these park home sites

In the interests of clarification, I consider a ‘park home site’ to be those of a full-time residential basis, and the properties largely include prefabricated chalet-style or static caravan-type structures. Residents of residential park home sites will also typically pay rent to the site owner for the ground on which their property sits.

If you do not hold this information, I would appreciate any help with identifying the correct body or authority who do. If my request for this information is refused in part or whole, please provide justification for your decision.

I would prefer the requested information in digital format. If you require any further clarification or information on my part, please contact me as soon as possible and I will endeavour to provide this to you.

Yours faithfully,

Mr J Wilkins
