The Council responded "The Acol Parish Clerk does not have a Job Description."

The Good Councillor’s Guide, 2017, points-out that the council will have difficulties if (among other things) it doesn’t have written contracts of employment for staff, and The Parish Toolkit advises that “the (Parish Clerk) duties and terms and conditions of employment (including pay) should be set out in writing as soon as possible after appointment and within 13 weeks after the start of the employment. It goes-on to provide a model Contract of Employment and Job Description.
