Parental Alienation In-house Training
Dear Children and Family Court Advisory Support Service,
Having searched through whatdotheyknow at previous FOI requests sent to you I believe the question I'm going to ask has never been properly answered.
Can I please request copies of in-house training sessions on the area of Parental Alienation?
Note, I'm not asking for the "Resources for assessing child refusal/resistance" webpage with the listed guides and assessment tools. Nor am I asking for your webpage entitled "Parental alienation" with an explanation of your position. And I am also not asking for your "Cafcass Child Impact Assessment Framework".
I am specifically requesting the training material used for your in-house sessions for your staff (psychologists and social workers). This should include documents for those being trained as well as any material used by the trainer to help them run the sessions. This should include any and all paperwork, slides, visual aids, etc. This can also include any audio or video clips or recordings which are used in this training, especially likely since the pandemic, which I am happy to receive as external links.
This is to include current training sessions, as well as any historic ones where you still have access to the training material and which some current staff may have undertaken.
Having checked the FOI Act carefully it is clear this information is covered so must be supplied. If it needs to be anonymised for any reason (such as references to real cases) please can you ensure this is the only redaction.
Yours faithfully,
Callum McKechnie
