Paranormal Activity, Zombie Invasions, and UFO Sightings

The request was successful.

Dear Essex County Council,

I would like to know the number of UFO sightings and investigations into paranormal activity you have dealth with in the last 10 years.

I would also like a copy of your business continuity plans, and all your processes to protect personal information of staff and clients, should there be an invasion of zombies or and kind of viral infection that could cause a pandemic.

Yours faithfully,

Lorelai Myer

This is a flagrant abuse of the FOI Act, but fair enough. It's better that some people abuse a system which gives some the opportunity to hold authorities to account, than no system exist at all.

How is this lagrant abuse of the FOI Act?
I'm more concerned with the response from Essex Council. An official FOI request was made to Essex council and it was treated with total disregard. A short simple factual answer would have sufficed.

I wonder if this has been sent in error as I note the headed paper that is used is incomplete?
