It is not clear, from your e-mail, exactly what information you require.

·         Please can you specify whether you are referring to applications
for asylum.

Dear Freedom Of Information Team ( IND ),

I believe when a caseworker refuses an application for leave to remain they mention the specific immigration act under which they refuse the appliaction for eg (320 7A or 320 7B for deception is recent or previous application).

I would like to find out how many applications have been refused under the immigration act paragraph 320 (11). I am only interested in country refusals.

Please dis regard the aggravating part of my questions. Just provide me the general details of immigration act 320 (11).
