Please can you provide me with the number of applications submitted by each employer name, in the 12 month period ending March 2012, grouped by registered/umbrella body name for paper forms only.

I recognise that this may be a large volume of information, but would ideally like it in Excel format.

As mentioned in the letter above I would like to refine the request to:

Registered/Umbrella Bodies who have submitted more than 99 applications with the same potential employer name in the 12 month period ending March 2012. Can this list include the name of the Registered/Umbrella body, and the name of the potential employer.
