1)  Data on Pakistani heritage citizens within the local authority as a
percentage of the overall population.
Please see attached summary spreadsheet. This information relates to the
population of the Pakistani ethnic group as defined in the 2001 Census. 
This is the closest approximation to the term "Pakistani Heritage
Citizens" (as defined above) that is available to us.

as a percentage of the overall council workforce and by
grade and department, including schools.

representation in the workforce, if any, and the impact of

I am not aware of any positive action programmes aimed specifically at the
Pakistani community within Dudley MBC.

4) Number of Pakistani heritage elected members and as a percentage of the
overall.
Information is not held as we have never been required to record the
ethnicity of members.
