I cannot confirm whether the trust holds this information at present, but

Could you please note that the trust is experiencing exceptional pressures

We have 5.2% of Pakistani Origin Employees which equates to 409 out of
7,780 current substantive staff

We have 7% of Pakistani Origin Board level executive which equates to 1
out of 14 current Executives count.
