Dear Environment Planning and Economy - Freedom of Information Mail,
Thank you for the data. Unfortunately the manuscript addition to the last page is illegible and I suspect that the original writing is also illegible and a 'translation' is asked for from the author. From what I can make out there seems to be a reference to further email which is not in the pack. The last date appears to be 1st of June, rather a long gap of inactivity. Can you please help.
