Dear [email address],Thank you for a reply. At first glance this looks like SPM will be half-a million worse off. Will POL suffer any loss in income or does the payment to SPM come out of Mails Acceptance money?.In how many branches are p739 being accepted? Why did you advise SPM that the DVLA contract is in doubt but make no announcement of this loss of product?

Yours sincerely,

john o'sullivan

Dear [email address],Thank you for a reply. How will Post Office suffer a loss in income with the withdrawl of P739 payments.Did Royal Mail pay you additional money for this product on top of Mails Acceptance? Are there any other mails products that attract an additional payment? You appear to have misunderstood my third question.Off course you notified all the branches that DVLA work was going- I am asking why no-one knew the P739 payment was to cease.Perhaps you can clear up the confusion

Yours sincerely,

john o'sullivan

Dear [email address],Thank you for a reply. How can an 80% reduction in product only mean a slight loss to Post Office bottom line when some SPM are £2000 a year worse off?The product ceased May 1st,you notified SPM on April 27th.When was POL aware the product was being withdrawn and do you feel 3 days notice is putting SPM at the heart of everything we do,resetting the relationship, restoring trust and allowing SPM to plan a business future?

Yours sincerely,
