Dear Essex County Council,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Essex County Council's handling of my FOI request 'P3 defect schedules'.
In the response the council says
"Please see the attached spreadsheet of priority 3 defects in the Frinton and Walton Division that have been closed against a job, with an actual completion date."
and further:
"Please also see the attached site history report, which includes all defects identified during inspections and their associated risk assessment details. "
Neither of these documents have been supplied. Please supply them.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/p...
Yours faithfully,
Jo Smith
Dear Jo,
