Please will you provide me with a copy of the Oxford North Section 278 Agreement 
which covers the A44 Corridor Full Scheme.

We can confirm the Council holds the information you have requested. 
 
Please find attached a copy of the S278 Agreement as requested. 
 
 
Internal Review 
 
If you are not satisfied with the Council’s response to your request, you may request 
an Internal Review. Requests for an Internal Review must be made in writing setting 
out the reasons why you are dissatisfied. Your request must be submitted within 40 
days from the date we issued our initial response. We are not obliged to accept 
internal reviews after this date.
