Oxford LTN consultations

Richard Parnham made this Freedom of Information request to Oxfordshire County Council

This request has been closed to new correspondence. Contact us if you think it should be reopened.

The request was successful.

Dear Oxfordshire County Council,

Please provide me with the raw respond data to the majority of questions on the recently-completed Church Cowley / Florence Park / Temple Cowley low traffic neighbour consultation / survey (however the council defines what just happened).

I DO NOT require the answer data to the survey's "open" questions, in which individuals can share their comments and may therefore include personal data which would need to be redacted before sending to me. Instead, I only request the raw data that relates to questions 1, 4 (excluding "other reasons"), 5 (excluding "other priority"), 6, 7, 8 (but not any open comments made in response to questions 7 and 8, if they appear to contain personal data), 9 (excluding "other"), 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15.

I am NOT requesting the answers relating to 2 (unless you can easily supply the first half of the postcode only); 3; 16, 17, 18.

My preferred format the receiving the data is Excel.

If an official report into the survey responses has been prepared by the time my request is processed, please send me this also. However, my main aim in making this request is to receive raw survey responses, so I can conduct my own analysis of the survey's findings.

Yours faithfully,

Richard Parnham
