Dear Mr Surridge,

I am writing further to your request of 17th May for:

" all pertinent information following from the BW consultation feedback received regarding the plan to further restrict by chain navigation of the Oxford Castle Millstream."

I can confirm that there was no consultation "regarding the plan to further restrict by chain navigation of the Oxford Castle Millstream."

The attached document was sent to you in February this year and contains all pertinent information relating to the Castle Mill Stream consultations (Height Restriction Boom and/or Landing Stage). Please note that personal data which is protected by the Data Protection Act 1998 has been redacted under section 40 of the Freedom of Information Act as it is exempt from disclosure.

If we haven’t reasonably met your expectations in relation to a request for information or you believe we may not have acted in accordance with the above legislation you should write in the first instance to Kelly Radley Head of Customer Relations, 64 Clarendon Road, Watford, Herts WD17 1DA outlining your concerns and asking for a review to be undertaken. Dear Ms Young,

Please re read the original FOI.

It requests all pertinent information following the feedback.

After feedback from consultation often a conclusion is forthcoming. From another FOI request I have heard read a version of a conclusion from BW staff and due to it in my view being grossly inaccurate I made this FOI.

Again please try answering it rather than giving non pertinent information again.

Yours sincerely,

Edward Surridge

Dear Mr Surridge,

I have read through your e-mail below several times now and it's still not clear to me what recorded information you have requested.

Nevertheless, I hope you will find the attached summary self-explanatory. There were two consultations in this area - one was related to the landing stage and this one concerning the boom 'height restriction'.

These summaries were circulated to :-

- those that contributed
- OCC & the EA
- Oxford City Canal Partnership

You have already been forwarded copies of the responses and other pertinent information relating to this consultation.

Kind regards,

Dear Ms Young,

I shall try a simple explanation.

The request guess's that the consultation would be a part of a plan potentially becoming a plan.

This would I guess have been recorded and this is the FOI request in part as any other pertinent information that I guess could exist is also requested.

Is this clear?

Please inform me if any of these guess's are accurate.

Yours sincerely,

Edward Surridge
