Dear British Broadcasting Corporation,

You have investigated the water supply at oxcroft in Derbyshire.

This was originally done for a news story however you confirmed early on that this story would not be running. Post abandonment of the story you have posted on twitter that you are fully confirdent that the water supply was not effected by the seismic testing. As this investigation has taken place after the abandonment of the journalistic element I would like to make a request for the details of your investigation and findings of that invearigation and why an investigation was carried out by yourselves. The story was discontinued by look north very early on so why has the corporation made this corporate statement after the event. In this request I would also like copies of any emails that bbc staff have had on this since the abandonment of the look north filming and therefore end of the journalistic element of the matter, and notes of any meetings.
