Ownership of Land
Dear Bolton Metropolitan Borough Council,
I am wanting to find out who owns the old Bolton to Leigh Railway line land between the a6 Manchester Road Chequerbent and the motorway. It is earmarked for a potential warehouse development and I am wanting to know who owns this piece of history that should not be lost; nor built on illegally.
Yours faithfully,
Dale Penkethman
